Terms and Conditions for Free Small Business Content Creation Workshop

By registering for the Free Small Business Content Creation Workshop (“Workshop”) provided by EventsTapic (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

 

 

1. Eligibility

• This Workshop is free and open to individuals aged 18 and above.

• You must be the owner, employee, or representative of a small business or startup to register.

 

2. Registration

• Registration is required through our official form at https://www.eventstapic.com/free-registration.

• One registration per participant is permitted.

• We reserve the right to approve or decline registrations at our discretion.

 

 

3. Participation

• Participation in the Workshop is voluntary.

• We reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, content, or speakers at any time without prior notice.

• You agree to behave respectfully and professionally throughout the Workshop.

 

 

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

• If you are unable to attend, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to allow others to participate.

• Repeated no-shows without notice may result in exclusion from future free events.

 

 

5. Intellectual Property

• All Workshop content, materials, presentations, and recordings are the intellectual property of EventsTapic or its partners.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or share the content without written permission.

 

 

6. Media Consent

• By attending the Workshop, you grant us permission to use your name, likeness, and any photos or recordings from the event for promotional purposes.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Workshop is provided on an “as-is” basis for educational and informational purposes.

• We do not guarantee business results or specific outcomes.

• We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your participation.

 

 

8. Data Collection & Privacy

• By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Your information may be used to send event updates, reminders, and future marketing communications. You may opt out at any time.

 

 

9. Code of Conduct

• Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

• We reserve the right to remove participants violating this policy without notice or refund (if applicable).

 

 

10. Governing Law

 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
